How a Ziloso project is built
Every project runs through the same five layers, from compliance at the base to deal flow at the top, with preferred partners across all five.
- Deal flow A pipeline of new projects
- Sales Pricing, marketing and the sale, run by us
- Product Design and finish that buyers pay for
- Sourcing Homes bought below their potential
- Compliance A Spanish company per project, with structure and risk managed
How investing works
How do I invest in a Ziloso project?
Each Costa del Sol project sits in its own Spanish limited company. Participation is by invitation: contact Ziloso, and invited investors receive the investment memo, the company structure and the risk notice for the project.
What returns does Ziloso target?
Ziloso targets a return of about 20% per project over 16 to 20 months. Targets are not guarantees. Completed projects have returned between 33% and 102%, as reported by Ziloso.
What happens when a project ends?
The finished home is sold. How capital and profit are returned to investors is set out in the memo for each project.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum and the full terms are set out in the investment memo for each project, which Ziloso sends on request.
Is my capital at risk?
Yes. Property development carries risks, including building costs, delays and the final sale price. A target return is not a guarantee.
